An automated warehouse/distribution facility that was originally constructed for the Edison Brothers apparel division. This project was completed in four phases over approximately 10 years.
The initial phase consisted of constructing approximately 180,000 square feet for the automated warehouse. Concrete foundations, exterior masonry walls, insulated steel siding walls compose the 50,000-square-foot mezzanine, which accommodates receiving, collating and shipping of the apparel to approximately 180 Edison Brothers apparel stores.
Phase 2 consisted of a 20,000-square-foot addition. The addition was for the housing and automated distribution of miscellaneous specialty items.
Phase 3 consisted of approximately 90,000 square feet and expanded the automated distribution facility as well as high rack storage with an automated stacking and retrieval system.
Phase 4 consisted of an approximately 100,000-square-foot addition and extended the bulk warehouse storage.
